Great Customer Service - Hydor

Woo Hoo, My Koralia 4 broke down and they replaced it free of charge even though it was outside of the 2 year warranty period. Apparently I had one of their pumps from their first batch, and the motor broke down. It did take them like a little over a month to ship it back, but it's here today!

Hydor has always had good customer service. They will hook anyone up to save a customer. Did jot know they would go that far though...very cool man
