Is it a new tank setup? what are you doing? Its like your asking us how to get to downtown brooklyn without telling us your driving, taking a bike, walking, ect. Alot of different paths to choose =0)

And if you can't put the water in the tank then you need to buy more 30 gallon containers to make all the water you need and maybe a powerhead in each if you need the water oxygenated.

How big is the system?...a 300g tank with LR and sand, holds less than 250g...you can 'overfill' sump (sump is normally not run full) to mix a few extra gallons...and why not mix 10-12 inches (approx 100g) of water in the tank (still easy to work with). If you're working with LR, you will want it in salt water ASAP.

Can you clarify something...the Marco rocks you are getting- are they already cured?
If not, why not just do your aquascaping (in a dry tank), make and add all of your rodi water and then mix the ESV salt directly in the tank (you'll need to have some vigorous water movement, although ESV salt mixes very well and fairly quickly)
After you salt is all mixed, you can add your sand using a clean funnel and directing it to where you want it in the tank. (makes much less of a mess this way)

You mention that the sand is already 'live', if so I would hold off on adding it until after your rock is cycled.
Is it bagged live sand?

If the rock is already cycled, then yes, you will need to get creative on where to store the extra water :(
