Thalassoma lutescens. It's a fish only wrasse - not really suitable for a reef tank. If you want a pic I can try to take one but he is big and fast.

They are - mainly, the uv just changes the ability to remove it from the water

Ok, I did not know that. Seachem explained it to me that the uv broke the bind between the copper and whatever it is attached to, and made it 10x more toxic. Good to know you can
