ID Yellow Eel/Goby/Blenny

I am really not sure what it is, the closest thing it looks like to me is an engineer goby but this is all yellow. Got it as a "Blenny," anyone have any ideas? The fins undulate as it swims which gives it that appearance in the second pic

It's a Brotula - Yellow Eel Goby (Gunterichthys longi*****)

They usually hide most of the time and in a tank with a lot of rocks you mayn't see it for months at a time. Pretty easy to take care of.
