ID on what these corals are doing!?

What are the frogspawn and bubble coral doing connecting like this?
My torch and other frogspawn do the same thing from time to time. What the heck is this!?

They are attempting to kill each other. You need to move them further apart before one succeeds.

So what about when a torch coral and a frogspawn do that? Is it the same thing? I thought torch and frogspawn were friendly towards each other.

They probably won't kill each other, but that is a sign that they are trying.

torch n frogspawn r not in the same family. they will sting each other n can kill, unlike hammer n frogspawn can be place close.
some aggression can kill overnite.
usually whichever has the longer sweeper(the long tentacle) wins.
