Very interesting site, however, I tend not to take much stock in data provided by a manufacturer about the competition, particularly when I've never heard of the product.

Is the output above the water line? Have you checked the water level inside the skimmer? I have the same exact setup. All valves wide open and it works fine.

Well, sorry I didn't vote, because I use different 4 different kits. pH - Aquarium Systems Alk, Ca, Nitrites, Nitrates - Tropic Marin. Seachem (Ca) Mg - Salifert If it sounds like it follows MattM's recommendations, it's probably because I bought most of the kits from his store. 8)

The RO/DI water station at seaworld is self service. You put the hose in a bucket and open the valve. I collected some of the output water in a (clean) plastic container and checked it with my meter. Let's see. What I spent - $2K What I got 75g tank, stand, canopy, 110w pc light fixture, 200# sand, salt to make 100g, 40lbs LR, protein skimmer, 20g tank for sump, Mag9.5, Mag5, lots of good advice.
