I am looking for someone resonably priced local to the oceanside area who can drill me two 3/4 holes in a 30gal a couple of local glass shops are extremely high $

I have a 75 In wall so its light is limited ..... I was wondering how to change my light cycle for best results (Of course all applications are different just looking for suggestions) currently it has two LED fixtures over it and they are (blue on12pm) ( wht blue on 2pm) all off about 9pm
