My friend bought several of these ballasts on Ebay for $5 each. They are 54 Watt T5 ballasts. I'm including a few pictures. Question: Since actinics are not yet available in T5, can I use this ballast to run a standard 55 Watt PC?

I've aquired some new 54 Watt T5 ballasts. Can I use these to run 55 Watt PC's? How about 65 Watt PCs? Thanks.
