Im not sure what DR.tims is but have you tested the water? how long has the tank actually been set up and running? FYI its hard to give answers that will help you understand what is wrong without any parameters, equipment or anything. although the problem could just be that he is not eating...

Can anyone ID this chiller? even the company would be good. It was mounted inside a ceiling, they may have taken it out of its housing to breath better. I looked all over it for a model number or anything and found nothing. thanks, Alex
