Bring him back to the store. If he is bagged any reputable place will exchange it for another fish or coral. If they don't put them on blast here.

I checked out this store yesterday. beautiful store, clean tanks great fish selection, nice coral and great prices. I felt bad because I showed up five minutes before closing but they never said anything to me and did not make me feel rushed.
