I have finally decided on a lighting system. I am going with PFO 400 watt MH (3). I will also add vho's.
I am not sure of the reflectors to use. I am probably going to go with the PFO reflectors that were recomended to me by Inland Reef. He said that they are about the same thing as Spider...

You have quite a tank. I just have a question though, you say the dimentions are 8.5' x 2.5' x 2.5'. That is not a 185 gallon tank. Thats about a 400 gallon tank. Do you have the measurement correct? I thought that 32 fish would be a bit too much in a 185.

Opinions on Lifereef setup
I am thinking about purchasing a life reef LFI 300 system. Does anyone have an opinion on this setup. I am so new to the hobby it seems that it is much simpler to go with a complete setup.
