    Red alge seems to thrive in lower spectrum lighting, If your lights are old maybe you need to change bulbs. Hope this helps.

    Lokking for a good place to buy corals? Check out a place called Tropicorium, Its located 10 miles south of Detroit off 75. It is the by far the best place to by corals. They have thousands! Check them out online by doing a search on tropicorium.
