I put him in at about 3:30 after the first replies. Then when I looked at 3:40ish I saw you say skip it.
Had no problems soo far however, fingers crossed it stays that way.
The genus for the pink spotted watchman is Cryptocentrus leptocephals
He's about 3" or so long I would say. The clown goby is probably full grown, or there abouts.
Tank would be 29gals.
Hi,
I was just inquiring to whether a yellow clown goby would be safe in with a pink spotted goby? or would the pink spotted goby kill him?
Thanks in advance.
You sure its a camel shrimp? and not a peppermint shrimp, they are strikingly similar. And peppermints are known to eat mushrooms, especially ricordia, I've actually had it happen. I don't know if camels do the same or not.
Forgot to ask, also, is it ok to take several cuttings at a time, or is it best to take one cutting and let it mend before taking another?
Thanks in advance.
Fozza
Just wanted to know whether its best to cut bigger or smaller pieces? What size in inches is recommended if any?
And whether I should be adding iodine to the tank after cutting to help mend the wound?
Never had any luck with Powder Blues. Had three in various tanks when I lived in the UK.
Each one got white spot and died. Shame too, very beautiful fish.
I stick to small tanks now tho, so no tangs whatsoever for me.
I'm by Zelie, just a little north of there. I actually live in Middle Lancaster but its still classed as Harmony Boro.
I'd love to have em!
Would also like to know if you know any good LFS' around the area?
Anytime I've run carbon with xenia's, clavularia or the sort, it seems to have a bad effect on them. As soon as I remove the carbon they spring to life.
Not saying this is the answer, just another thought.
