    Throw your magnets in the garbage. BY FAR, the- BEST algae scraper I have ever used is the Eheim Power Cleaner Battery Operated Algae Scraper. Goes through the toughest coraline, or any other type, like buttahhhh!!!! George
  12. Strange Issue?

    It's a hydrozoan. They can come in on live rock and/or if you feed live brine shrimp. Not really a concern unless you are raising baby fish, in which case they will capture them with their stinging tentacles (think of a tiny Medusa jellyfish) and eat them. See this link for more info...
