OK... so whats the skinny on the amount of Live Rock and Live Sand one should have per gallon of water.
I have come acroos very low poundage of each, and very high poundage of each. So any clarity would be grand!

Not sure where else to post this, but I just picked up an old 125g ( I think) tank, and I want to give her a good cleaning.
