  1. Caulastrea furcata stinging Euphyllia ancora

    Well the Caulastrea is growing, and the tentacles reached at night the hammers ( 3 inch long tentacles from 1/4 inch polyps). One got hit slightly, the other looks bad. Any chances of recovery, or any masure to be taken?

    This calls for multiple angles. The Copperband, 10 pepermint (they worked great for my, and they are cheap). If you have an elegance coral, you could move it around. One sting and thats the end of the aiptasia. Good luck.

    No, has nothing to do with aipatsia for sure. This is a nice white anemone. Had aiptasia enough until I got some pepermint shrimp, which took care of it in two nights.

    The color is real. Here is a flashed one with some clowns as reference. This is the brightest and most colorful I have ever seen of these, thats why I am not sure what it is.     Came on some macroalgae as hitchhiker. Its beautiful with yellow fluorescence strips on it, which don't show up in the picture. Its so bright that its very difficult to photograph. 0.5 inch in diameter. Thanks a lot

    This grew from a few polyps to 1inch in size. Individual polyps 1-2mm, the skeleton is greenblue. The lighter colored singel poyps below h ebrown encrusting sps are also new to me. Does anyone know what these are? Thanks
