fill a compartment with water and see if it leaks to other compartment without going through the baffle, but internal leak doesn't really matter as the water is all shared anyway, so an internal leak doesn't really need fixing.

When you say leak in the seam, do you know which seam? (internal doesn't really matter, but if external....)

if you have a regular LFS you go to they might be able to accommodate you on that for a small fee.

take things slow, I know that feeling of wanting to buy all the colorful corals and stuff, but patience is key in this hobby. Just stick to regular wc, adding things slowly, and use coral dips.

I have utter chaos, let me see if I can get some cleanly off the rock during my next WC.

Can you fill it with tap water just to make sure nothing leaks? shouldn't be too difficult to do. This will greatly help with the sale otherwise ppl are gonna think that it is a leaking tank and the reason why you are getting rid of a brand new system.
