I need a new skimmer for my 55 gal (specs below). I had a hang on and am looking for an in sump skimmer now. I am considering an Octopus 110, Octo Extreme, Aqua C Urchin Pro, Or Aqua C EV 120 but ANY feedback or recommendations would be much appreciated!

So I brought home two new clowns on Monday. The smaller orange one does not seem to be doing ok has the symptoms below. I've read a thousand websites and forums and still can't decide what the proper diagnosis is or how to treat. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
