some of my L R is turning light brown the tank is 2 week old with some damsels in it to help cycle with a 20 g long sump & a seaclone skimmer not runnin yet i have the nova extreme lighting system on 6 hour aday salt level is 10.21 temp is 79.1 ph 8.0 ammonia 0.50 nitrite 1.0 nitrate 8.0

hows the nove extreme t5 light does the fish and coral glow from it i hope so a got that set up myself,but it to early for me to put coral in yet

im running the Nova extreme t5 ho lighting(i hope i pick a good set of lights) i try to keep the living room about 65 in the summer sea clone 100 skimmer 20 g sump with a 1200 quiet one pump 2 aqua clear powerheads 1 a 50 and 1 a 3 75 lbs live rock & about 40lbs sand

my 55G tank cleared up its been running for for weeks i put 15 damsels and 75lbs of live rock to help cycle the tank.lost 2 fish already (i think that the plan) but someone people told me i need to get a chiller & a uv sterillizer others say it not needed.. here a picture of my set up...

just got my sump running is it better to let the skimmer run over the filters or leave it the way it is gona put bio-balls or live rock in it next thanx M R team...

i brought a life gard quiet 1 pump model 2200 i think that my return pump. what pumps the water out my tank to my sump (the skimmer???) am new to MR help me out please
