    Let the anemone be. They move for various reasons; usually to find a more suitable place. Has anything changed in your tank recently? New bulbs, different flow, invert additions, water quality? All of these things can make an anemone move. Also when they split the like to hide in a darker area...

    Your anemone may be splitting; hence the 'tumor' on it's side. They have a tendency to hide and withdraw before splitting. Unfortunately people often think they are dying and remove or kill them when all they are trying to do is reproduce. I wonder how many anemones have been lost due to this...

    You say that the anemone still has its color? If it has been healthy till now then reproduction is an option over dying....have you considered this?
