I would call to make sure they are participating and that they have it in stock. I know upstate they are. I just bought one. Good luck. They usually sell them for $115 so $40 for a new tank is a good deal IMO

petco has $1 gallon sale right now going on. Not sure about the stand part but that is your cheapest bet.
