    I am trying to get all the info I need on putting up a 120 gal RR tank. I had planned on having a refugium (29 gal 30x12x18) with a MAG 9.5. (I have to put the Refugium in the bottom of the stand because I have no room above the display tank) So the flow rate is rated at 750 GPH on that height...

    I now have a 10 gal nano 10lbs live rock and a 2" sand bed. I am going to do a reef tank. I have blue mushrooms, button polyps and pulsating xenia. and they are doing fine. the only problem I am having is hair algae.

    are Bio Wheels good or Bad? My LFS said that if I was running a power filter that I have to have a Bio Wheel on it. Now I've been told that I do not need one at all. So what is Good or Bad????? Thanks Lonnie

    what about phosphate. I already do those test at my LFS. I had hair algae and had got rid of it now it is starting to come back again...... Thanks Lonnie

  6. Why Skimmer??

    Why do you need a skimmer on a Reef Tank? Would that be for if you calcium level is to high.
