6 years in captivity, easily as big as my hand (and a mean SOB to boot)... I actually saw him smile at me yesterday after I moved him over into his new home. If you look closely, you'll see the corner's of his mouth are upturned :D - Mac

Actually, now that I look at it closer and think about it, there are 6 screws evenly spaced, so I could rotate it in multiple's of 60-degree's, but even that would be better than straight into the back of the tank. - Mac

I've got an Iwaki70 pump I want to use as my closed loop Circulation. I want to mount it to the wall behind my tank (see pic here). The pump's output is opposite the mounting holes in the base of the pump, so I don't have a lot of room between the pump's output, and the back wall of the tank. If...

I'm running Mozilla 1.2.1, and they worked for me (FWIW). Nice shots! How long have you had those stars? Any problems with them eating unwanted things? Those are very nice looking animals. I think it would be something incredible if they did end up reproducing! That may be a first for captivity...

Awesome 'fuge Craw! We've got a guy down here (named 'Guy') who has a 10'x10' refugium (forget how many gallons), and I have to admit, I too, just love to sit on the edge and stare at it all. Reminds me of Tropicorium. Something to be said to just sitting there and watching a big fish swim...

The quietest sizeable chiller I've ever seen are the one's we use at work! PolyScience makes a line designed for chemical baths, laser applications, etc. They are re-circulating, or, as we use them, w/ a refrigerant and heat exchanger inside the device (sump in this case). We have.. 6 of them...
