I to used coralife to calibrate and found them to be different from pinpoints and my tanks P.H. was higher using the coralife solution.
I will try to have a chemist make me up some solution and see which one is correct. In the mean time I went back to the pinpoint solution.

I have one too. It works just like they said and is not very hard to maintane at all. It took my tank from 40ppm to oppm in about 2to 3 months. I know why mine went high I left a sponge in the sump and did not see it.but my tank was always around 10ppm. I left it in any way b/c it does not hert...
Has any body used coralife ph calibration (10 and 7) I used it on my pinpoint and I find it hard to believe my tank is now at 8.46 before I recalibrated it was at 8.2 big jump which is right. I will get some pinpoint solution asap but did any body else notice this with coralife. does't really...
as for the UV I used a magnum intake tube with the strainer and run a siphon off the tank to the sump with a ball valve to slow down the flow. This way I dont have to have a pump to run it. I have it this way on two tanks and it works great. I don't think the amp master will run all that and...
