Not that I'm a vendor or anything..... But vendors and stores buy low sell higher. It's a business, and everyone knows it. Taking freebie stuff and selling would, IMO, be lame. Buying stuff and reselling, fine. If a seller doesn't want to sell to a vendor because they don't want it resold...
