no you can not use table salt. Thats a pretty small tank, you can get smaller quantities of salt at most lfs. You might also want to contact your local aquarium club. What are you using for water? Tap water?

You really don't need baffles in your sump. Scrape all that crap off the sides and clean well. Put some live rock in to create a mini baffle. 750 gallons is ok. The only issue with a pond pump is that they are not designed to handle salt water. I have found that any light over the sump...

you can have whatever you want in the tank. The issue will be how close to each other the corals are. If you have some distance seperating them you should be fine to start. I would then just monitor them as they grow. That sounds like a great tank. I would love to see pictures of this.
the problem I had with African cichlids was that they were addictive. I started with a 55 gallon and ended up with a 600 gallon before I just concentrated on my salt water :D
