Only lfs we have is a petco, started there and out of the 5 fish I got 4 have died, damsels even :( Thought it was something with the tank, a day later I got some fish from saltwaterfish.com , month later and all of them are still doing great.

Speaking of lighting. What do most of you set for your timers? How many hours of dawn/dusk daylight and moonlight?

How long would you guys suggest I wait before adding cleaners like snails and hermit crabs?

Shavo, for filtration I have a canister filter, the live rock (85 pounds) live sand (100 pounds). For the skimmer I am using a Tunze DOC 9005.
