I gave mine set at 65% max in natural mode. If you want to use it at 100%, you will have to go up slowly, like 5% a week. Otherwise your coral will bleach.

By the time people notice there corals are losing color or growth not as fast as they want, they mostly can't return them any more. It will take weeks to find out!!! So it's not true, and I am keeping mines.
