LED deep red 660nm if you can find it. If not then pink plant-grow is best. Probably 15 to 25 watts.

True any biofilm will intercept P before entering the rock. The P still gets in the rock though because after bleaching the rock the P still comes out.

Not sure about anything for humans

I've heard of soaking in Selcon before, but not spirulina. Not sure how much would stick.
