Which would be more beneficial a phosphate reactor or a bio pellet reactor for a heavily stocked reef tank?

spot fed with turkey baister mixture of mysis shrimp, cyclopeeze, marine flakes, and zooplankton. Pumps are off, it doesn't grab the mysis but I do beleave it grabs some cyclopeeze. Parimeters are perfect and it does seem to be growing at a decent rate.
