I have just bought a sump and a mag 7 for my 30gal. I'm used to all in one systems "nano cube". I also have a overflow box. How should i set up the return system? Tubing? Hard PVC? Ball Joints? I have no clue. What do i use for a return nozzle? help

I wanna get rid of these bad. I know there is a zapper out there BUT it's $100 and i need to do it on the cheap. I have a needle and syringe. What do I put in it? Lemon Juice? Vinegar? Where do I inject them? I need the best proven way except for the zapper.
