- I have a 55 gallon tank. I have about 60lbs of live rock (Fiji marco rock). I have a 35gal Refugium with a octopus hang on the back skimmer in it. I have a carbon pad in also. In the refugium i have about 5lbs of sand 30lbs of live rock and some green algae. I have 2 175w metal halide lights with 2 96w VHO Actinic 03 bulbs (and lunar lights).
