You can mod the hood yourself or through a site like nanotuners, or you can take the hood off and do a lot of fun things (clip on MH's, retrofit LEDs, hang things from your ceiling, etc.)

Hey guys,
I just bought this light.
What do you think? Specifications:
Light Bar material: Aluminum Power supply: Constant Current power supply and Switch power supply. Working Voltage: 100-240V Powerconsumption: Just 27 Watts.
7x3watt white LEDs:12,000 K(color temperature, Kelvin)
2x3 watt blue LEDs: 445 nm (wave length)
Total 9x3 watts LEDs Dimensions: 20?(long)x 2?(wide) x 2 3/8?(high) Power cord with power supply length: over 6 feet LED lift: approx 50,000 hours.
What is in the tank. I have a 24 gallon aquapod with T5 lighting of 96w and I keep LPS. I doubt that your fixture would be enough light for LPS.
Would probably need around 50w of led.
