My Lights are Down

I have some KR92 24" lights that just went down. They are not even powering on after about 1.5 years of use. How can I initiate service for them? Thanks

Omar, all the lights that have been sold by Acan Lighting are branded with our individual serial numbers and model numbers. We only extend warranty service for fixtures that have been shipped by us.
