templates:
the templates are attached below for your immediate use and experimentation. we have provided our standard full-spectrum layout for each fixture for those who don't feel like making a custom layout. the ERC full-spectrum layout produces a 16000k look with both potentiometers at 100%. if you want to make your own customized layout please use the "custom layout" template. you will be inputting the two digit color code from the legend on each template into each LED block of the template for design of your custom configuration. for reference on how this looks complete, review the "completed layout example". do NOT color in/highlight the blocks or add anything else to the template or order sheet like LED counts, color coded layout charts, etc.
custom layouts in this group buy are only an extra $5!
please list all extras (LEDs, optics, etc), if you want heatsinks on your d120s (if applicable), and how many of that item you are ordering on your template.
please use one template for all units of same kind that will have the same configuration. for each different configuration, please be sure to use a separate template/order.
please save the file name of your template/order with your full name replacing where it says "your input here", currently. (i.e. IT2060 ERC layout with 24+24+3 - marco saffron.xls)
template submission:
templates must be submitted by the group buy end date.
once submitted, you will NOT be able to make changes so please take your time, do your research, read the instructions/directions, reread the instructions/directions, and submit ONCE to [email protected]
payment:
once we have the group buy closed, a personalized invoice will be emailed to all participating members
payment should be made immediately after (not prior to) receiving your invoice via PAYPAL. payment instructions will be provided with the personalized invoice.

optics:
all units come with 90? optics pre-installed for FREE unless otherwise requested by participant/buyer. 60?, 90?, or 120? optics are available and you can combine them however you want in your layout. if you choose to mix and match pre-installed optics, please be sure to mention this on your template/order i.e. "all 660nm LEDs, please use 120? optics"
warranty information:
in regards to changing the LEDs on your fixtures once received: if something wrong were to happen, EverGrow can send you repair parts free but the customer is required to pay the shipping cost.
- all EverGrow products come with full-factory warranty which means EverGrow warrants that the products are free of defects for a period of THREE years.
- they will repair or at your option replace any product that is defective
- the warranty covers defects in workmanship and defective components
- it does not cover damage caused by abuse, moisture damage or water.
for the first year:
- wrong packing, missing parts such as plugs or hangers will be sent out in 24 hours during working days, 100% FREE
- non-working parts such as LEDs, drivers, or dimmers will be sent out in 24 hours during working days, 100% FREE
- please return to agent in USA or EverGrow in China if you don't think you can repair it: parts/shipping, 100% FREE
- please return to agent in USA or EverGrow in China if light totally does not work and new light will be sent out in 3-5 working days after problem is confirmed
for years 2-3:
- free parts such as LEDs, plugs, drivers, fans, or dimmers will be sent out in 24 hours during working days and customer pays shipping
- if non-functional please return to agent in USA or EverGrow in China if you don't think you can repair it. the parts are free and customer pays shipping
