It should ... Unless you have another Genicanthus male angel which could delay any females from changing (could also make smaller males revert back to female)

No other angel fish in my tank. I was just reading up that even if one turns male there is a good chance in the future it will revert back to female. Do you think that's true? Suggest 2 or 3?

As I said, a larger Genicanthus can make the smaller males revert back to female... 3 make a nice group

Maybe, but I think the problem is figuring out which is male and which is female... And will they both get along with each other

So I should look for 1 larger female and 2 of the more smaller ones to better help with the transistion
