Hey Reefers,




WOW has it been long since we been on here! Let us first say thank you to all our loyal customers that stayed in contact the past few months regardless of our presence on here. We really do appreciate the help!




The reason behind our hiatus was to truly focus on aquarium service first, and selling livestock later. We feel that our farm was not mature enough yet to start selling our precious supplies so we stepped back from sales and focused mainly on maintenance.




With that said our founder Bradley Michaels has also been away rom us, he returned to school to finish his masters in Computer science. His goal is to design his own form of controllers like APEX but cloud based services added.




RIGHT NOW Reef Lobster is taking a stand to regain awareness on the forums.

It's great that you are offering free basic service half off advanced service.

What would be even better is if you actually showed up when you make an appointment.
Or at least call the client to say you can't make it.

Whats the difference in your basic services and advanced services? What consists of basic service? What consists of advanced services? Price on advanced services?

feedings
water changes
algae scrubs
coral replacement
simple educational visits
equipment checks




advanced visits would be:


tank overhaul
tank moving
tank taredown
chemistry tweaking
advanced apex module programming (simple apex stuff is covered in basic)
fish housing / healing
coral housing / healing
tank builds from beginning






ALL OUR SERVICES EVEN THE BASIC FREE SERVICE WILL PROVIDE ALL MATERIALS AND PROPERLY CALIBRATED WATER TO YOUR TANKS NEEDS

Lets get the story straight before you start making me look like the bad guy here. The death in the family was the second time that he postponed our appointment. Which I completely understood. The first time was because of family matters also which I again completely understood. The time I'm talking about is third try which was a few weeks later where we had a confirmed appointment a then a no show without even a phone call.

As far as making it up to me....I accepted that offer through PMs and never heard back from you. I still have the PMs to prove it. I was trying to keep this from public view but now you're making me out to look like the uncompassionate one.

jim, I mentioned to you my phone was ruined when dropped in to a tank and I messaged you asap on here. I do not own a pc I only use my phone so I couldn't reach you till the next day. I had no records of your address or number. I reached you as soon as I can.






We didn't just offer you a free visit again, we even offered to give you a free frag pack for our tardiness. All we ever got in response was a PM saying so "how will u satisfy me." We then ignored your reply because we were willing to bend over backwards and drive 50miles for free to help you.

why must you continue to attempt to ruin my reputation with me here? I have done nothing to you but offer a free service. I did not charge you I did not scam you, I offered you something free and I am getting told im a bad person?


what did I do to you seriously? I can understand your level of commitment to harass me if I charged you then didn't come and never refunded you.. but for a FREE VISIT you leave me bad reviews, then blow up every post I have on here?


What does a guy need to do to repair his image with you, We will literally do anything to ensure you are satisfied just like all of our customers. We come to Manhattan reefs for love not harassment




Then today as a professional business should I messaged you privately to work this out to ensure it stays between us and you just ignore it and continue to harass my public posts. If im making an effort to help you and you just ignore me and harass me then what good does it do for either of us? Yet again wed love to make this right we would love to keep everyone here on Manhattan reefs happy even those who may not have worked out so well in the past

Again you are mangling the facts. I never said "How will you satisfy me" And I have the PM's to prove it. I was never offered a free frag pack nor would I accept it. I wasn't looking for ANYTHING for free. In fact we never discussed how much the service would cost, I just wanted help to get the most out of my APEX.

You offered to come back at half price and I accepted that offer and never heard from you again. And honestly I would have offered more than half price if you did come.

I didn't ignore your PM?I didn't get them on my phone today and didn't see them until I got home this evening.

I'm not trying to bash you or your business but give out more of a warning to my fellow reefer based on the experience I had with REEF LOBSTER. Isn't that what these forums are for? To learn from others and from there experiences.

I'm not trying to get into a pissing match or war with you. I'm done and wish you luck.
