Hey Dom, sorry to bother you but I need some of your seahorse expertise, I tried PMing you but it said your inbox was full but anyways...I have a 3 gallon seahorse tank with one dwarf in it, planning to get at least 3 more, but my issue is the little overflow I have built on it. The seahorse seems to constantly get stuck on it even though he can pull himself off. I really don't like to see him struggling to get off the overflow so I was wondering if you could tell me what the best method would be to have an overflow on a seahorse tank. I'm also planning to do a 30G or 42G bow as a seahorse tank in the near future so I was wondering if you had any advice that would work on both. Thanks for your time. Sincerely, Fortunato

Hi Fortunato,

I used a small betta HOB filter with a sponge covering the intake for the dwarfs. An overflow will never work with them.

I'm pressed for time so give me a call if you want more details or stop by our booth at the swap.

Dom
