I can't state this emphatically enough: GORGEOUS PHOTOS!
Exposures are spot on, compositions are beyond reproach, and the subject matter is superb. Really really great photos. Please share more if you have them because I sincerely would love to see more of your works. Not being an UW photog myself, UW photog is that much more awesome to me.

Oh my gosh! Those colors are extreme. Are you punching them up in post or is that a camera and filter doing that.

The 'cuda looks transparent, nice post :)

Simply amazing photos. I love the poma angel...not that much color, but striking. I agree on the 'cuda...you can see right through him!

Keep 'em coming!

Peace,

Chip

I just got back from Cayman a couple months ago. My pics were nowhere near this good.

Barracuda freak me out. Sharks I can deal with, they generally seem frightened and timid around people. They avoid you. Barracuda seem to have no agenda whatsoever and are not frightened by people at all. We had a few come up to us during our dives. One seemed strangely interested in the fin of a girl diver in the group. Just when it looked like he was going to go up and nibble on it, he slowly turned away and swam in another direction. I think people must feed them. It was strange behavior.

Thanks for the kind words. I am using an Olympus 4040 digital camera in an Olympus underwater housing. These pictures are as is from the camera, except for resizing. I am pretty new to underwater photography. Only my third trip since I started. The first picture in this thread is probably my favorite. Believe me, I take alot of bad pictures to go along with the good.

I'll post some more later.
