Interesting read about coral colors in photos

I was wondering the following: most people nowadays probably use the AB+ schedule on their radions. However, when I see what people are selling... everything is way bluer than said schedule. So what do stores and even growers do? Use something to grow, use something else to sell? I like my corals to be colorful, but also to thrive. So I am happy with the AB+ schedule. (also my fish do not all look blue)

On a side note, I noticed that WWC have 2 pictures for each coral: one in blue light, one in a whiter light (I assume it is AB+). This helps.

I found WWC is very honest with pictures.
I can see PPE micro glow at me right in the acclimation. And that’s some power compact light in the sump. Not even any led kessil shmessil grow light etc

These look very nice, very colorful without any tricks.

And indeed, I like WWC's product pictures because it doesn't like a Geiger counter would go crazy next to them
