Alright so i'll start off like any other reefer at this point by saying
"I have no idea where these came from"
or the other classic line that I hear so many say...
"I didn't put these in my tank"
Regardless, I have no idea what these are. They live in my overflow box way down at the bottom where its nice and dark. If i shine a light they try scattering like roaches.
The movement is odd because they dont seem to crawl or swim when scattering but more so scatter by curling and extending laying on thier sides. Inching away...
They do have legs....creepy legs....spider like legs...which they walk on when crawling about normally (I know this because i studied for like 25 minutes with a red light that they didn't respond to)
Color - translucent mostly...with i guess a slight milky haze.
Size - Ranging from a pencil point to larger than a grain of rice
Texture - they seem to have a shell of some sort. Almost like a mysis shrimp exoskeleton structure.
Taste - UNKNOWN :lol2:
My photography skills are limited by my equipment so i apologize if these pictures aren't good
If anyone has any information please share
Thanks,
Joe
