Has anyone ordered from reef 2 go?

if you google them you will find all sorts of reviews. they seem pretty mixed all around. http://www.resellerratings.com/store/Reefs2Go. i've been told by several people that if you're going to order online the place to do it is liveaquaria. check out the vendors here next time, they can always order for you what they don't have in stock, and a lot of them will deliver to your house or apt. for free!

A little late to check, now! Very few good reports about their fish, probably even worse with a blue spot jaw!

Ive ordered from then a few times. I've never gotten fish but a coworker has gotten a few chromis 1 was DOA and other died that night and I think a day later his whole tank had ich and he lost most of his fish.
As far as the inverts they are decent but everything is small. A DOA on a coral banded shrimp, but they gave me a credit.
Customer service is pretty good as they honor any deaths we've encountered. We do however have a theory that they purposefully leave out 1 or 2 things and give you a credit therefore making you order more to get free shipping and use your credit. We've ordered I think 3 or 4 times and they've "forgotten" something everytime. This is just a theory though.
They have had a lot of good deals lately like a special email every day which makes me think that they are hurting for business. The emails used to be way less frequent.
I don't know what to say about fish from them, chromis are ich prone so it could've just been stress from shipping, but who knows.

I'm arguably one of the very few that had a decent experience with them. I had some stuff shipped to me, quite a few years ago. As a portion of my order, the 2 fish I received were insanely tiny. The Tailspot Blenny they sent was, at best, 3/4" long!
I don't agree with their policy of giving store credit for stuff that's not in stock or "not up their standards". I've read some pretty sorry reviews from others on other forums as well.

Iam so pleased that my new buddy arrived alive and happy.
I was extremely happy that Lisa was able to find my jaw fish and have him shipped out to me within hours unbelievable!

I was really scared when placing my order because i have seen some jaw fish that where not as bright and colorful due to either stress or variations in the breed.
But my new jawfish is extremely colorful and bright so thank you reef to go for sending me an official jawfish .
I will be looking at his behavior for the next couple of days to make sure all is well it is to soon to say if he will make it through the acclimation but GOD BLESS.
and at this point if anything happens i know it had nothing to do with improper shipping or sending a obviously ill fish like some other distributors !!!

Not to be negative but just because the fish arrived alive and is doing well in your tank for a few hours does not mean your in the clear.
I know iam no where near out of the woods but it feels good not receiving a sick fish with ick on it or even worse DOA. I dont want to Stress him right now taking a pic.. he ate well and is in the back of the LR building his lair ....i will post pic soon
