Maxijet / biocube

i want to replace the stock pump that comes with the 29 g biocube and i dont know if i should use the maxijet 900 or the maxijet 1200?

I would go with the 1200, I used the 1200 in my 24g nano cube and was very happy with the performance.

+1 on the 1200. Using it now on my 24G Aquapod and it's more than sufficient.

I personally liked the mini hydor pumps for the bio cubes. Little stronger flow for the same price. I was doing 1400 in my old 29 bio.

+1 on the 1200's. However i had to put them on a wavemaker...if both are running simutaneously they empty the rear chamber and start blowing air bubbles into the DT.

Otherwise great flow out of them.
