I noticed this is growing on the LR.
Should I scrape this off? Leave it as it is? Looks like some kind of hairy fungus.

+1 :approve: ... although not all sponges will be accepted...

For the most cases, and yours looks very much like it, the growth of sponges is a good sign of health of the system... this said there is one species of sponge that is not good news when it shows up ... but yours is not the case... so relax. I have a nice yellow one growing in the tank as well as nice orange one growing on the live rock in the sump and I also have such a sponge as you have on the live rock in the sump to and a pink one that grows also on the rock and the glass of the sump. I remember having a Zanclus that once feasted on one of such sponges as you have now... it was behind a merulina coral I had and one day it became accessible to the Zanclus that ate it very happily... so leave it in place and enjoy it.
