That specific one has bulbs for freshwater planted tanks, so it would definitely not be suitable for your tank. Need much more info on what you are planning to keep, etc.
I'm not sure, but from the info given there is only one reflector. Individual reflectors for each bulb is what really makes t5s great for reef. I'd skip that unit unless you're planning on a softy only tank.
I know it's Odyssea because that's the only brand he sells and he's one of 2 US vendors Odyssea works with, the other being Aquatraders. Mixed reviews, but if you change the bulbs it should be fine, although so people will say junk don't buy.
I used Odessea and they were fine except I changed bulbs every 6 months. Or you can buy better quality bulbs. But if you want to keep coral that fixture may not be enough. They have one with 4 bulbs that will give you 96w which will be fine for LPS which is what I had. Aquatrader has it also but they have different legs.
