Anyone have any idea what this is? I bought it from ALD last week and was told it was a hammer but I just wanted to confirm. Thanks

ok sweet, thanks for the replies. yeah the tips are elongated somewhat. there is a complete lack of fluorescence on it so i was beginning to think maybe it was something else. this is my first coral, and i didn't have much luck finding pics of hammers that were recently fragged.

structurally, does this look at all healthy? the tone of it is pink throughout.

sorry for the crappy blue pic, i can take a more natural pic tomorrow.

check the 3rd to last n 2nd to last pic on my frags, if they r green tip hammers they should b that color. the pink tip ones shoul be somewhat pinkish.

ah, actually i thought all hammers were green tipped. when i bought my frag i assumed it was just very faintly green. there is def something kind of opaque on the tips. oh well, heading to MA tomorrow to pick up something new
