Coco worm and hammer coral?

I recently had to move my hammer coral and place it by a coco worm in the tank. Do I have to worry about the hammer coral stinging the worm as it grows or is it's stings harmless to it because it's not a coral?

Thats what I'm worried about. If the hammers grows alittle they'll start touching. I guess I'll try and find a new spot. Thanks for the replies.

Keep in mind, the hammer will grow towards the light. You should bury the coco worm tube in the sad with the head sticking out by a few inches.

Please keep in mind that the coco worm is a filter feeder and needs adequate flow to ensure it can catch food from water column.

Yeah I aware of that. I think I'll move the hammer again anyway cause I'm worried it eventually start touching one of my clams also. Thanks for your help.
