DS and DR for start up tank

Hi I am a newbie to salt water. I am having Jonathan at Reefwerks build me some custom equipment for a 210 gal tank. budget is about $5k I am looking for advice on sand and rock. My plan is to start with good DS and DR with some live rock to seed. what kind of sand should i use and where to get it. Also what rock to start my landscaping. Thanks. oh I am going to build my stand.
