How's it going everyone? I'm going to be setting up my first reef tank out of all the stuff i have laying around my house. I have a 24 gallon tank that im going to be using (got that # by taking the messuments from the tank and using a calculater online to determine the e 30tank size). I was going to use a sump that i bought for my 90 gallon the sump size is 60 in. long by 14 in. deep by 16 in. high. I was going to use it because i already have it and it will help increase my water volume. Also not sure what size skimmer i should use. The tank dimensions are 30 in.Lx12inWx22inH it was sold to me as a 35 gallon but this was the internet told me when i looked it up. Again im not going out to buy this sump special just for this build i already have it, also have a 10 gallon i can use.
thanx in advance

Large sump is good..

IMO 2 skimmers are better , in fact 2 different skimmers are even better such as a Venturi and something else, why because each would skim different waste, and when you clean your skimmer you can alternate cleaning each one on diffrent days so your never down..

Im happier knowing it is still the same size as when i bought it and didnt shrink. Thanx again guys for the help i will be making anouther thread soon and putting all my Q in one thread to make life easyer jyst waiting on a few of my bigger tank to sell so i have a little extra money.
