well I have a panther grouper which was sick but now he's fine.. then there's the tomato clown which hasn't gotten sick yet.. then I have a sailfin tang which was the worst one but now he's down to just 2 specks on his tail fin... I have a red fairy wrasse that never comes out his cave so I have no clue how he's doing... my yellow watchman goby is starting to gets more and more dots and my lyretail anthias has only like 6 dots but he's on his side.. and 2 percula clowns that just got their first signs of ich... and the neon goby that brought the ich with it died... I don't really want to give up trying but if they do die on me I'd like to put them to some use.. the only ones I was willing to give away were the grouper and the tomato clown

Honestly if you don't treat the fish you have a 70% of all of them dyeing .....
So If I were u I'll do something instead of figuring out what to do with your fish when they die ......

If they do die throw them in the garbage chopping them up and trying to feed corals with the remains will only dirty your water ?!! ?

nope.. corals are fine and so are the inverts.. the bottle says reef safe.. I've read copper kills corals so I stood away from that.. I'm getting ready to break apart my display so I can catch the wrasse and put him in qt... new question.. can I put all these fish in one 20 gallon qt tank or am I going to have to get another tank and if so what size

I have a qt tank up and running if you want to bring the fish here ,, u can pick them up when better ...

That is an awesome offer! Kudo's to you!

To the OP - if your fish have Ich that badly you would be better off treating with Copper than hyposalinity as it works faster to help the fish. You also need to provide additional oxygenation to the QT tank.
You cannot do hypo & copper treatment at the same time, so you will need to raise the salinity if you want to switch the treatment to copper.

Kick ick does NOT kill ich, it only irritates their skin which supposedly builds a stonger slime coat in HOPE of the Ich not attaching. bottom line is it is not effective as it doesn't kill the ich.

It's still a matter of debate, as nothing has been proven in a lab, but I've had good success with garlic when fighting ich. You can get bottles of concentrated garlic juice at most saltwater LFS's, though it can be pricey - if you can find pure garlic paste at your grocery store you can try that too. Just mix in a SMALL amount (few drops or a dab) with the food you're giving them and let it marinate for 20-30 minutes before feedings. It supposedly beefs up fishes' immune systems. Again, most support for it is anecdotal at best, but it worked well for me and if you're desperate may be worth a shot.
